Non Adherent Silver Dressing is an antimicrobial barrier dressing coated with nanocrystalline silver. It has an anti-inflammatory as well as neovascularization effects. Sustained release of silver at wound site is required for antimicrobial effects it also provides a favorable environment to the wound & causes minimizes disruption to the newly formed epithelium. Maintains adequate antibacterial concentrations with good residual activity, keeping levels elevated over longer periods of time.
